Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

- BMS for charging in extreme temperatures
- Alternative charging: wireless, pack swapping, off-grid, catenary
- Grid considerations: capacity for charging at scale, smart charging, VGI
- Charging standardisation and interoperability: connectors, protocols, payments
- Managing large networks: resource allocation, operational costs, system efficiency
- Seamless and consistent user experience
- Charging business strategies and pricing models
- Regulatory hurdles: coordinating across EU member states with differing permitting, zoning, and incentives
- Site-development complexities in both urban and rural environments
The deadline for priority consideration is 13 December 2024.
All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge EnerTech’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
