In 2009, SK Innovation was awarded the MFTBC (Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Company) light duty truck project (LIFT project), and has been awarded four commercial xEV projects since. SK Innovation will start mass production operations in Seosan, Korea in the first quarter of 2012, which has an annual capacity of 800MWh equivalent to 40,000 units of full EV. Our Evaluator-B series: fully automated test systems, specially designed to meet the requirements of modern batteries and energy management systems. The test stations are used to test small and large batteries, as well as battery systems for electric vehicles or hybrid electric vehicles (EV, HEV). This also includes evaluation of batteries with specific load cycles, test chambers, thermal concepts as well as air or water cooled cyclization channels for charge / discharge operations within any power range. Each test solution can be extended with further components, depending on the specific application. With its approved safety concept, fully automated test runs up to Hazard Level 7 can be performed. In addition, we provide with our new developed EPCD technology (Energy Pump Charging / Discharging) an intelligent concept for minimizing energy consumption in battery test fields.
